Join us on October 28th as we kick-off the fall School of Public Affairs and School of Education & Human Development Education policy networking series.<\/p>\n

We will be discussing the impact of disruption and trauma on families at the Mexico border and here in Denver. Their trauma is compounded by the ICE raids to find and deport undocumented immigrants living here.<\/p>\n

What is our role as educators in providing support and comfort to children and families? Can schools serve as a safe place for children in such a turbulent time?<\/p>\n
