Enrollment runs May 1-May 31st."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>WHAT:<\/strong> The University of Colorado will require all academic year faculty to select a contract payment schedule (9-pay-9 or 9-pay-12) for the 2019-2020 academic year. All faculty members <strong>must<\/strong> make an election, even if they have an existing election for a contract that is being renewed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHEN:<\/strong>\u00a0 May 1st-May 31st through your <a href=\"https:\/\/my.cu.edu\/\">UCDAccess employee portal.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW:<\/strong> This guide shows you how to access contract pay elections within the employee portal: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cu.edu\/docs\/contract-elections-guide\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>TOOLS:<\/strong> The Contract Proration Calculator will help you determine whether you may select a 9-pay-12 contract option for the 2019-20 academic year, in accordance with IRS regulations.
