Stories can be performed by yourself or a volunteer.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&#8220;<em>As we become aware of ourselves as storytellers we realize we can use our stories to heal and make ourselves whole<\/em>&#8221; \u2013 Susan Wittig Albert<\/p>\n<p>At CU Denver we strive to normalize all mental health experiences and create an inclusive environment without stigma.\u00a0<em>Keep Talking; End the Stigma\u00a0<\/em>is an event\u00a0aimed at decreasing\u00a0societal and campus stigma around mental health. The event will foster a community of acceptance and open conversations.
