Cordova, unanimously approved this week, holds a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucdenver.edu\/academics\/colleges\/SchoolOfEducation\/Academics\/MASTERS\/Pages\/default.aspx\">MEd in educational, instructional and curriculum supervision<\/a>\u00a0from the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucdenver.edu\/academics\/colleges\/SchoolOfEducation\/Pages\/home.aspx\">School of Education &amp; Human Development<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Cordova served as acting DPS superintendent, filling in while Tom Boasberg took a leave of absence.
