This course will teach you the techniques of how to deal with difficult situations such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People who cannot resolve conflicts or come to an agreement<\/li>\n<li>People who withhold feedback and important information from management<\/li>\n<li>Issues difficult to discuss<\/li>\n<li>Not knowing how to start a tough conversation<\/li>\n<li>An emotionally charged environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost:\u00a0<\/strong>$290.00 non-refundable fee for course materials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>In order to proceed with registration,\u00a0the approval from your department administrator <strong>AND<\/strong> a speed type where your course materials will be charged are required\u00a0for registration.
