GENERAL BUSINESS &amp; REVIEW\/DISCUSSIONS:<\/p>\n<p>GFA Concerns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can the committee waive letter of recommendation requirements for lectures who previously worked for the SEHD as faculty members?\n<ul>\n<li>For the protection of the school, the committee does not have the authority to waive the requirement of two letters of recommendation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Concern over how current an external letter of recommendation must be. Letters from the recommending program must be current. Committee will check with Scott Bauer for further input.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>II.
