I am a new student how do I get a LiveText license?

Undergraduate and graduate students in a SEHD credential-seeking program are eligible to receive a LiveText by Watermark license. During the first term you enroll in courses with a SEHD degree/license/endorsement on your student record you will receive a registration email to your ucdenver.edu email address. The email will be from support@watermarkinsights.com with instructions on how to register your account. If you do not see this email in your inbox a week after the end of the add/drop period for that term please check your Clutter inbox, the junk folder, and if you have the “Focused” inbox turned on, please check your “Other” inbox.

I am a returning student how do I get a LiveText license?

If you are a returning student you will not receive this email if you already have an account tied to you student ID and/or ucdenver.edu email address. If you have forgotten your password or username please visit this site and use your ucdenver.edu email address to recover your login credentials. If your account has expired email SEHDhelp@ucdenver.edu and we will work to get your account reactivated.

I am trying to sign on to LiveText and the page says I need to purchase a license is this correct?

No. SEHD students should never buy a LiveText license. If you are in the Counseling or Principal Licensure programs and need access to the Field Experience Module our office can add that to your account.

How long is my LiveText license good for?

Your license will give you access to LiveText for as long as you are a student. If you are in your program for over five years your license will expire and will need to be renewed. If you need access to documents or data files after this time has past, contact Watermark Support to find out your options for retrieving your materials.
